
Chrysler has released a special version of Pacifica with all-wheel drive
June 6, 2020Chrysler showed a special version of the Pacifica minivan – Launch Edition – with an all-wheel drive system.
A special variation is based on the dorestyling model, it should appear a little earlier than the updated Pacifica, and become the first Chrysler minivan since 2004.
According to the manufacturer, the special version is designed “for those who can not wait.” A special modification is based on the Pacifica Touring L model and received the S Appearance package, which consists of black exterior elements such as 18-inch alloy wheels with special finishes.
The Launch Edition minivan also has McKinley leather seats and a 8.4-inch Uconnect multimedia system. In addition, the car is offered with heated front seats and an auto-dimming interior mirror.
As for the power unit of a special variant, it is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine with a capacity of 287 hp. (355 Nm). Together with the motor, a 9-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive with the ability to transmit 100% torque to the rear wheels function. The all-wheel drive system is turned on only when necessary, this helps to increase fuel efficiency.
