Cheap Toyota Raize crossover caused a stir in the marketDecember 17, 2019
On sale, a new subcompact crossover from Toyota appeared in November and immediately aroused genuine interest among fans of the Japanese brand.
The budget compact cross, which went on sale last month, boasts the first successes in the home market. According to the local edition of CreativeTrend, at present, the line of those who want to purchase the new product has been extended three months in advance. Those who do not want to wait can buy an almost new Toyota Raize on the secondary.
True, for a used cross with a minimum mileage, you will have to pay much more than what is requested in dealerships. Thus, resellers decided to earn on the resale of new cars.
The Toyota Raize crossover is called the turned version of the Daihatsu Rocky, which debuted in October at the Tokyo Motor Show. Models differ from each other by radiator grilles, optics and off-road body kit. The front-wheel-drive Toyota Raize reaches 3,995 mm in length, and the 98K 1-liter 1KR-VET turbo engine, paired with the D-CVT variator, is responsible for its performance. The fuel consumption of this SUV is 5.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
Despite the budget price tag, the novelty relies on a rich set of security systems, which include adaptive cruise control and a collision avoidance system. Toyota Raize also receives 17-inch alloy wheels, leather trim, a panoramic sunroof and a roomy trunk with the best volume in the class – 396 liters.
