Cheap analog Haval H6 caused rush demandJanuary 26, 2020
This crossover under the M6 index brand was updated in the summer of 2019. Restyled SUV immediately began to be of interest among fans of the brand.
In December last year, the Haval M6 crossover, which is called an inexpensive alternative to the Haval H6 crossover, sold 19,000 cars in China. This result is considered the best since the release of new items on the market. Such interest from buyers helped the crossover take its place in the TOP-10 of popular SUVs, while being ahead of its more titled rivals – Nissan X-Trail, Hyundai ix35 and KIA Sportage.
From the “pre-reform” Haval M6, the novelty can be distinguished by the redesigned bumpers, “foglights” and the modified radiator grille. Another notable difference is that the Haval logo is now plotted on a gray background rather than blue. Inside the car there was a place for advanced multimedia that understands voice commands.
Under the hood of the Haval M6, a 150-horsepower plutoral liter turbo engine is used, combined with a 6-speed manual gearbox or a preselective robotized transmission. Four-wheel drive is not relied on.
Interestingly, after the upgrade, the Haval M6 fell in price. In the home market, the cost of new items starts at 66,000 yuan. We have not yet sold the Haval M6, but the brand is exploring the possibility of launching SUV production at its Tula plant.
Meanwhile, at once three Haval models are preparing to conquer the car market of India. The launch of the crossover brand will take place here in 2021.
