Ford has added a new top-end version to the Mustang Mach-E lineup. The all-electric Mustang Mach-E GT SUV has over 465 hp.
The all-electric Ford SUV, the Tesla Model Y rival, has a new top-end version: the Mach-E GT. This dramatically increases the number of powerplants the SUV is available with. Currently, rear-wheel drive versions are supplied with a 75 and 98 kWh battery and have a capacity of 258 and 285 hp. respectively. The all-wheel drive Mustang Mach-E also comes with 75 and 98 kWh batteries. The first version also puts out 258 hp and the second 338 hp.
Moreover, a new version is now available, which makes all the aforementioned Mustang Mach-E variants rather “pale” in their background. This is the Mustang Mach-E GT, a sports car with two electric motors for a total of 465 hp. and 820 Nm, capable of traveling up to 500 kilometers on a single charge. According to Ford, the “American” accelerates to 100 km / h at the same speed as the Tesla Model Y Performance – in 3.7 seconds. The maximum speed is limited to 200 km / h.
The GT features a specially tuned MagneRide adaptive suspension and 20-inch alloy wheels with red brake calipers hidden behind them. It is available in special colors not found in other versions: Grabber Blue and Cyber Orange. The car’s sporty theme continues in the interior, where you can find a 15.5-inch touchscreen with the latest version of the Ford SYNC infotainment system in the center console.
