Changan unveils Vision-V concept in BeijingSeptember 27, 2020
Chinese automaker Changan may become one of the headliners of the Beijing Auto Show 2020. The company has brought the “senior” Uni series crossover to the Chinese capital.
Following the glorious debut of the Uni-T, the mid-size V crossover is about 4.9 meters long. At the Beijing Auto Show, the newcomer was presented as a concept car, but as we already know, the design of the production version of the car will remain almost identical. The production version will likely get traditional door handles, and the cameras will be replaced with side mirrors.
According to experts, the Changan Vision-V turned out to be not as graceful and elegant as the Uni-T: the side line is almost even, and the body has received geometric stamping of the correct shape. The rear part of the car received an original design: in the area of the pillar, the rear window visually seems to go over the side windows.
As for the interior, Changan presented it in conceptual form. It should be noted that instead of the usual gearbox selector, the Vision-V will use a hexagonal washer. The dashboard and screen of the multimedia system are united by a single glass. In addition, the car will receive a HUD display.
