Cenntro CityPorter electric delivery van presented at CES-2021
January 14, 2021This Cenntro CityPorter was created specifically for work, so the emphasis was not on appearance, but on carrying capacity.
At CES, despite the difficulties associated with the coronavirus pandemic, many interesting projects debuted. One of them is the outwardly inconspicuous, but very functional Cenntro CityPorter electric van. Its carrying capacity, according to the assurances of the developers, reaches 2,585 kilograms, the cargo space is 59 square meters.
The manufacturer said little about the technical stuffing of the new electric car for delivery services. The power reserve of the battery van is disclosed – 354 kilometers and the maximum speed reaching 96 km / h.
The interior of the van is also distinguished by a simple design. It is stingy with decorative elements, but at the same time it is quite ergonomic. Despite the minimalism, there is modern multimedia, a convenient digital display and analog sensors.
Advanced telematics will help you find the best route for the electric car.
Cenntro intends to introduce CityPorter to potential customers at the end of this year. The priority markets are American and European. And to get closer to customers, Cenntro is planning to build its own production sites on site.
