Carlex Design have worked on the charged Ford Focus RSNovember 25, 2018
This is one of the most interesting tuning project by Carlex Design for the American Ford Focus RS.
Of all the tuners and after-sales car designers, the famous Carlex Design workshop stands out clearly. The guys are always creative in creating their projects and I must say that they always produce unusual and very cool projects.
For their last (at the moment) project, they took a high-performance Ford Focus RS. I must say that the latter and without looks very stylish, thanks to an aggressive body kit. But the interior is clearly not up to the “coolness”, so the guys from Carlex Design decided that it could be even better.
To match the sporting character of the hot Focus RS – under its hood there is a motor for 350 horses, specialists from Carlex Design used an incredible amount of leather.
According to the Carlex guys, “our main goal was to create an interior that would fit the racing character of the car.”
Atelier used only natural leather. It is everywhere – from the central tunnel to the handbrake handle and gearshift knob. Leather is on the seats, door panels – and it is different here, in particular, because it received a complicated stitching. For the steering wheel used perforated leather with yellow stitching.
Finally, we note that, looking at the updated interior, the Ford Focus RS immediately wanted to have the same in their cars!
Not so long ago, we became aware that a copy of the Ford GT of gold will be put up for online bidding.
