Captured the prototype of the new station wagon Mercedes-Benz E-ClassOctober 23, 2018
Journalists were able to capture the new version of the German wagon Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The seen prototype received a white body in which it looks very impressive.
Some parts of the car are camouflaged by the camouflage film – the front part is closed almost completely, but in the back only lamps and the space around them are hidden from curious glances.
We already know that the new product will receive a false radiator grille with thinner lines and a modified structure. Headlights that are a little smaller will get a revised look.
Earlier, we saw that the prototypes of the German novelty received almost the same elements of the rear exterior as in the current E-Class. Now the plans of the guys from Mercedes-Benz are completely incomprehensible – we recall that the taillights are hidden under camouflage. By the way, they are a bit like the lights that are installed in the new GLE crossover.
Unfortunately, we know nothing about the internal updates of the wagon Mercedes-Benz E-Class. As for the infotainment system, there is no doubt – in the salon of the novelty there will be a new MBUX.
According to rumors, under the hood will be a soft hybrid powertrain from the 4-door coupe CLS, and the current version of the 241-horsepower 2.0-liter engine is likely to get upgrades to 255 hp
Finally, we note that the official presentation of the German prestigious car may take place in the first half of 2019.
