Cadillac Announces Another Charged Model V-SeriesJune 2, 2019
We can not deny that the debut of the updated CT5-V and CT4-V, which are more powerful performances of conventional CT5 and CT4 sedans, respectively, caused quite a strong reaction from fans of powerful cars. It turns out that the American brand has two more new items in stock.
At the upcoming Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix event, the prestigious automaker will show two more V-series prototypes, created by General Motors President himself Mark Reuss, and Ken Morris, who is vice president of product V-Series. I note that Cadillac is a member of the concern General Motors.
We will not be surprised to see under the hood of one of them a 4.2-liter V8 Blackwing from CT6-V. For now, there are no other details about the powerful updates of the prestigious brand.
From a visual point of view, it seems that the prototypes of the upcoming new products are simply disguised versions of the recently released CT5-V and CT4-V. Red has the same front back of the CT5-V, with the exception of some minor differences, such as the lateral gills of the lateral wings and the horizontal strips on the air vents instead of the mesh, similar to that of the CT4-V.
The same applies to the blue car, although it seems that this prototype has a larger front splitter than the standard CT4-V. According to representatives of Cadillac, the two new V-series sedans “represent the next step in the performance of the Cadillac V-Series.”
