Bugatti Divo supercar deliveries have begunAugust 6, 2020
The automaker Bugatti has started delivering the first copies of the Divo.
The cost of the Divo hypercar is quite high – 5 million euros, while, according to the president of the company Stefan Winkelmann, “the car is a must for any Bugatti collector.”
It should be emphasized that the Divo is limited to 40 copies and is based on the Chiron, but at the same time does not strongly resemble it. In addition, the modified body has improved aerodynamic performance, resulting in an increase in downforce of 90 kg compared to a simple Chiron.
The hypercar, in particular, was equipped with narrow headlights and unique taillights. The Bugatti Divo supercar has an 8.0-liter W16 engine from Chiron. The performance of the power unit is 1479 hp. and 1600 Nm of torque.
As for the dynamic performance of the hypercar, it can accelerate to 100 km / h in just 2.4 seconds. At the same time, the top speed of the Divo model is 380 km / h.
In addition, it was recently noted that Bugatti will demonstrate exclusive electric cars for children. So, it is planned to begin production of a smaller variation of the legendary Type 35 model of the mid-1920s. A total of 500 copies will be released.
