Thanks to a new owner, Kamkorp Group, Bristol Cars celebrate its 70th birthday, unveiled its new Bullet model. The new Bristol Bullet is a speedster with carbon-fiber bodywork and powered V8 4.8 (374 hp and 490 N • m) by an engine from BMW. The Bullet’s 0-60mph acceleration is claimed at 3.8 seconds while top speed is 250 km/h. Curb weight “Bullets” is only 1100 kg. Overall length is 4.2 meters, width – 1.86 m, height – 1.2 m.

Carbon fibre composites are used for the body of the Bristol Bullet to give it strength and rigidity while minimising weight. Salon trimmed with leather.

A touch screen is embedded in the dashboard with digital radio, smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth and WiFi. Next up is electrification for a marque used to innovating; the Bullet’s code name was Project Pinnacle as it will be the last conventionally powered Bristol.

Bristol have plans for the future. In addition, they are not going to just enjoy the Bullet creation process, but also to make money on these cars. Also, the British want to extend the range due to the hybrid. Company officials said that of Bullet, most likely, is the last car brand with a V8 engine. “Green” Bristol can submit by 2020.
Cars hand-built in the factory in Chichester. Only 70 Bullets will be produced.  Production of the Bullet is due to begin early in 2017. Prices should start at under $328,000.
