The most cult tuner of Mercedes-Benz cars – German company Brabus has shown new special versions of Brabus 700 and Brabus 900 on the basis of the charged premium sedan Mercedes-AMG S63 and limousine Mercedes-Maybach S650 respectively.
In the first case, the tuning company did not significantly increase the productivity. According to the factory parameters, the four-liter V8 engine with a double turbocharger in the AMG S63 version produces 603 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. With the help of a special firmware and easy modification of the motor’s attachments, engineers were able to increase power to 690 hp and 950 Nm. It is also known that the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h in the special version of the Brabus 700 is 3.3 seconds. The exterior of this new product received a new set of 22-inch wheels, a carbon splitter for the front bumper and a rear spoiler.
The second special version of the Brabus 900 boasts a solid charge of power. If the Mercedes-Maybach S650 from the plant is equipped with a six-liter monster V12 for 630 horsepower and 1000 Nm, the special version produces 887 hp and 1500 Nm of torque. The tuner set electronically the maximum speed at 350 km / h. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h of a heavy limousine is 3.7 seconds. Like the younger brother, this novelty also received additional elements of the exterior. As always, customers can order many options from the extensive Brabus personalization program.
