Brabus introduced a modified Mercedes G-Class in FrankfurtSeptember 11, 2019
At the international auto show, the Brabus Adventure SUV made its debut.
The new exclusive off-road from Brabus is built on the basis of the latest Mercedes-Benz G-Class and is called Adventure. The refinement kit includes a 100-mm (4-inch) Brabus Widestar widebody coating, wheel arch extensions, and 20-inch Monoblock R rims shod in off-road tires of 285/55 R20 size. Also, a spare wheel is located on the rear door under the carbon casing.
The modified suspension features an increased ground clearance of 40 mm (1.6 inches) thanks to the height-adjustable Brabus Adventure sports springs. There is also a front winch, carbon skid plates, a wind deflector over the windshield, four additional LED headlights, a roof rack and a rear ladder. The Brabus Adventure package also includes a special front bumper, hood and footrests with backlighting built into the wings.
The SUV is driven by the upgraded 3.0-liter turbodiesel G 350d, whose power increased by 44 hp. and 60 Nm, and now is 330 hp and 690 Nm of torque. From zero to hundreds it can accelerate in 7.2 seconds, and the maximum speed has increased to 202 km / h.
The upgraded diesel is available with a Brabus all-stainless sports exhaust system with two chrome tailpipes on each side. The interior has also been modified using quilted thin leather and Alcantara, aluminum trim and many other elements.
