Exclusive performance of the flagship coupe will be collected in the amount of 400 units, production starts this spring.
About a month after the release of the “one-off” 8-Series coupe, which contained pieces of real meteorites, the Bavarian brand BMW decided to revise the “warmed up” version of the M850i xDrive Coupe to introduce another special version. The new version of the model, which will be called the First Edition, is different from all the other variations of the novelty with the completely new metallic body paint Frozen Barcelona Blue, developed by the guys from BMW Individual.
So far there is no data on possible prices for the exclusive execution of the model.
Of course, the BMW 8-Series First Edition will be more than just a new body color, in particular, the 20-inch BMW M alloy wheels, which have Y-shaped spokes and are painted with a Jet Black shade. Dark accents received falshradiatornaya grille, side window moldings and exhaust pipes. For an extra charge, the M850i xDrive can be ordered with additional carbon fiber exterior / interior elements, a full carbon roof can be ordered from the BMW M catalog.
Salon flagship also waiting for some changes, and they are again associated with the guys from BMW Individual. For example, this car will debut with a full Merino leather trim in an Ivory White / Night Blue color combination, and the roofs are covered with Alcantara with a Night Blue touch. Additional enhancements include a steering wheel covered in fine leather, black accents and an individual license plate number indicating the exclusive status of the model.
Rounding out the change list is the BMW 8-Series First Edition, the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system, another iDrive knob styling, volume control, start / stop button and illuminated gear shift lever.
