By the end of next year, BMW will launch a sixth-generation M3 sedan, with a 510-horsepower engine and all-wheel drive.
BMW will launch its new “charged” M3 sedan in the second half of 2020. The car will undergo a cardinal modification, as a result of which for the first time all power will be transmitted not to the rear wheels, but to all four. Our editorial team has the first exclusive shots of new items.
The new BMW M3 will be equipped with the latest 3.0-liter gasoline engine with two turbines, which is offered in two versions of the boost: in the basic configuration, its output is 480 hp, while the more powerful Convertible can boast 510 hp. power. It is expected that in the UK prices for the most powerful version will start from a mark of 65 thousand pounds.
Like the recently updated M5 model, BMW will equip the M3 with an advanced all-wheel drive system, allowing the driver to send all the engine power to the rear wheels as desired.
The latest M3 should also be lighter and more maneuverable than the previous generation model, thanks to the introduction of the new BMW CLAR platform.
