BMW 4 Series convertible caught in the lenses of photo spiesAugust 12, 2020
The new BMW 4 Series was photographed during road tests.
Fresh photos of the new BMW 4 Series Convertible show us an almost completely production car. Specifically, the images show the BMW 430i Convertible with a new floor-to-ceiling grille and dual exhaust system. It’s worth noting that the car looks smoother and simpler compared to the coupe.
Of course, the convertible will differ from the hardtop in the rear, where designers have to combine the convertible roof and the smooth lines of the “four”. Under the hood of the novelty will be located a 2-liter petrol turbo engine with 255 hp. The more powerful version of the BMX M440i will receive a 3-liter turbo engine with 382 hp, which can accelerate the convertible from standstill to 100 km / h in 4.3 seconds.
The premiere of the BMW 4 Series coupe took place in early June this year, and the start of sales is scheduled for October. There is no information on the date of the premiere of the 4 Series convertible yet, but experts assume that this will happen in early September.
