Batmobile with helicopter engine appeared on sale in the USAOctober 29, 2019
A replica of a Batmobile from Tim Batton’s Batman movie is being sold in America. An announcement about this appeared on the eBay website.
According to the seller, the car was created by analogy with the original. At the same time, it is formalized and can be used on ordinary roads. The Batmobile is set in motion by an army gas turbine engine with 400 horsepower (such engines are often used in helicopters or tanks).
The power plant operates in conjunction with a 4-band automatic transmission. As the author of the announcement emphasizes, this is the only Batmobile in the world that has a power unit of this type.
At the same time, it is not indicated which chassis the Batmobile is based on, but, according to the seller, the car weighs approximately like a Chevrolet Corvette. The model has air suspension, all-round cameras and a full set of functioning sensors and devices on the front panel, which is made in full compliance with the Batmobile console from tape. For comfort, a touch screen was installed in the center of the panel.
In connection with the admission to ordinary roads, the Batmobile was left without some devices. Initially, it was equipped with a flamethrower that emitted flames from the exhaust pipes (like a car in the picture), but after it was officially issued, this system had to be removed.
The author of the announcement notes that for the entire time of use in the Batmobile, the spark plugs were only once replaced, there were no more problems with it. The car is in America, it was estimated at 680 thousand dollars
