Automechanika calendar for 2019: an incredible flight of fantasyDecember 14, 2018
Thanks to the insane imagination of the German artist and photographer Rafael Neff, the incredible Automechanika calendar for 2019 was published. A set of 12 works by the artist demonstrates an amazing combination of reality and automotive technology.
Over the past 25 years, Automechanika has become the world’s largest exhibition for suppliers and manufacturers of parts. With their support, as well as thanks to the famous artist Rafael Neff, the next calendar for 2019 was published. Automechanika combined photos of hundreds of automotive parts into a visually modified digital symphony by the artist.
These parts and spare parts were combined into a single whole, which would show us a double-decker bus of a futuristic image, strange special equipment, supercars, roadsters and so on. Everything you see in the photos above is made from automotive parts and accessories. Even clouds, sand and water were created from paint, automobile polish and oil.
“The next calendar is well suited for the demonstration of our products in the field of automotive electronics and e-mobility,” said Olaf Henning, head of the secondary market for Mahle, in a statement. Mahle is one of the companies that supported the project.
This is the fourth time that Automechanika collaborates with Rafael Neff. Unfortunately, the calendar will be released in limited edition.
