Auto Dynamics modified the Mercedes-AMG C 63 SNovember 9, 2020
The tuning company Auto Dynamics has presented its own project based on the Mercedes-AMG C 63 S called Charon.
Judging by the published images, the modernized car does not look much different from the standard model, with the main changes taking place in the engine compartment.
By default, the German sedan is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with a capacity of 503 hp. and 700 Nm of torque. Apparently, these figures were not enough for the tuners, and they decided to equip the engine with their own proprietary AD850 + kit, consisting of a pair of turbochargers, new heat exchangers, a carbon fiber intake, an exhaust system with variable valves, an oil pan, and also providing for the reconfiguration of the electronic control unit. motor. As a result of these improvements, the power of the power plant increased to 843 hp. and 972 Nm, which is 340 hp. and 272 Nm more compared to the standard motor.
Other improvements include Eibach sport springs, Fischer Stahlflex stainless braided brake lines and black 20-inch BBS wheels fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The atelier has also equipped the C 63 S with the AD Black Star package, which includes a tinted radiator grille and yellow accents. It is worth saying that in general, from a distance, the modernized German model looks exactly like a standard car.
In addition, it was recently noted that the German company Mercedes-Benz is refusing to participate in autonomous driving races. It should be emphasized that such a statement was made by an official representative of the German corporation.
