Audi introduced the “charged” version of its smallest crossover Q2, which received the prefix S in the title. The premiere of the novelty will be held on October 2 at the Paris Motor Show.
Audi SQ2 equipped with a two-liter petrol four-cylinder supercharged engine, developing 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The unit is paired with a seven-speed robotic transmission with two clutches, and the traction is transmitted to all wheels. The crossover is able to accelerate from the spot to the first 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, and its maximum speed is forcibly limited by electronics at around 250 km per hour.
The crossover received a suspension with sporty settings and a ground clearance reduced by 20 mm. In addition, the novelty was equipped with brakes with 340 and 310-millimeter discs at the front and rear, respectively, and red calipers. The driver has five driver modes available: Auto, Comfort, Dynamic, Efficiency and Individual. The system of dynamic stabilization has the function of complete shutdown.
The list of standard equipment includes LED headlights and taillights, leather front sports seats, aluminum pedals and climate control. For an additional fee, for example, you can order a fully digital dashboard, projection display, Alcantara interior trim, and a multimedia complex with a navigator and a 8.3-inch screen.
