Audi RSQ e-tron starred in the movie “Spies in Disguise”November 27, 2019
Audi and Twentieth Century Fox collaborate with Blue Sky Studios to create digital content ahead of the world premiere of The Spy in Disguise.
A lunch break video talks about super-spy Lance Sterling and scientist Walter Becket, characters voiced by Will Smith and Tom Holland in the film, as well as Audi RSQ e-tron, Audi’s first concept car designed specifically for the animated film.
In the video, the courteous and gallant Lance Sterling and technical genius Walter Becket are caught in a chase through the streets and underground mines of Washington, DC, in a speeding car.
The unlikely duo has an advantage in the RSQ e-tron concept car with a fully automatic driving mode and an additional acceleration capability, which is controlled by functions on demand.
The RSQ e-tron electric and fully automated concept car, developed in close collaboration with Blue Sky Studios, has autopilot mode, a ghostly design language, and futuristic highlights, including a hologram speedometer.
“The active super-spy storyline provides us with a creative environment to showcase innovation and technology, as well as everything that is possible in the future of mobility,” says Sven Schuvirt, vice president of Audi Brand, Digital Business, Customer Experience. “Spies in Disguise” will be available at US theaters on December 25, 2019.
