Audi RS6 Avant from ABT received major improvementsApril 6, 2020
About two months ago, a German tuning studio talked about the process of working on a machine. Now the upgrade is complete.
The German tuning studio ABT has completed the refinement of the station wagon Audi RS6 Avant. The master shared the results of the work on the Web on Sunday, April 5. The serial version of the car was presented in 2019 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Even then it was clear that this is a powerful car due to a 4.0-liter engine with a return of 600 hp. The car picks up the first 100 km / h in 3.6 seconds. However, ABT Sportsline experts are famous for their ability to squeeze the most out of any engine.
About two months ago, there were reports of increased returns to 690 hp, but the work did not stop and the craftsmen were able to force the station wagon to an incredible 740 hp. at 920 Nm of torque. The maximum speed of the car is now 305 km / h.
RS6 Avant also received new design solutions. These include a modernized exhaust system with pipes made of composite materials and the original 22-inch wheels shod in sports low-profile rubber.
Also, the masters finalized the suspension, equipping it with new springs. Inside, we note the original design of the steering wheel made of leather and carbon fiber. Tuning studio ABT is confident in the success of its project and is going to release 125 of these cars. The owners of the standard version of the RS6 Avant revision will cost 69,900 euros. For those wishing to purchase a modernized car, the price will immediately be 205,900 euros.
