Audi RS5 from Capristo: carbon kit and new exhaustSeptember 2, 2018
Charged models of the German brand even in the sink make their owners happy, but some of them want to stand out against the general background, giving work to the tuners.
Virtually any car has the potential for further improvements, and even such as the Audi RS5. Above this instance, specialists of the company Capristo Exhaust Systems GmbH worked in the catalog which appeared elements of the body kit for Audi RS5 B9.
The car got a front spoiler, which looks very impressive, and the rear, it’s not so pronounced, but it looks rather nice in contrast. An interesting solution was the lateral “flaps”, installed separately from the side skirts.
In addition, the arsenal of the studio has carbon engine covers and air intakes, and a new carbon rear spoiler, which can be integrated as a pair of standard oval exhaust pipes, and double round. The final touch for this particular car was a yellow film on the body, understating springs and 21-inch wheels.
About any technical upgrades nothing is reported. Recall, the standard Audi RS5 is equipped with a turbocharged V6 TFSI engine with a volume of 2.9 liters, the output of which is 450 hp. and 600 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission and a quattro all-wheel drive system. Acceleration from the place to the first 100 km/h takes 3.7 seconds, and the “maximum” is 280 km/h.
Earlier, we talked about the improvements of the Audi RS5 from the Atelier Wheelsandmore, and the upgrade of the power of the “charged” model from ABT Sportsline.
