Audi E-Tron received two new versionsJuly 14, 2020
The E-tron and E-tron Sportback electric cars are now available in Black Edition and Vorsprung versions, with a new infotainment system and matrix LED backlight.
The German automaker made a light restyling of its E-tron and E-tron Sportback electric cars. Now cars are available in 5 versions: the base Technik, Sport, S-Line and two new versions – Black Edition and Vorsprung. In all versions, cars are equipped with 20-inch wheels, LED optics, adaptive air suspension and multimedia MMI system.
Black Edition models are created on the basis of the S-Line performance with glossy anthracite wheels, as well as a black grille, black inserts in the front and rear bumpers, the same window linings, roof rails and black side mirrors. The front electric sports seats are upholstered in Twin synthetic leather, as are the dashboard, door cards and the center console.
Audi E-tron Vorsprung are equipped with 22-inch Audi Sport alloy wheels with brushed titanium trim, which hide orange brake calipers, and cameras instead of side mirrors are standard, but can be replaced free of charge. The Vorsprung version also introduced a new feature to the lineup – LED matrix headlights, which offer new lighting and animation features on highways when locking or unlocking a car. In addition, the package includes a diamond stitching on the seats, an electrically heated steering wheel, a windshield display and a Bang & Olufsen audio system with 19 speakers.
All versions are also equipped with a new version of the third generation of the MIB3 infotainment system. Improved speech recognition is combined with a more powerful processor and new features, such as wireless connection with smartphones. Satellite navigation can also study driver habits, offer directions based on previously covered routes, and provide lane traffic data.
Audi has launched the new E-tron Charging Service, providing subscribers with one RFID payment card, which is accepted by 18 different chargers in the UK and Europe. There are two fixed-price tariffs, but customers who order it before the end of the year receive a free 12-month subscription and free electricity for 1.5 thousand km.
