The well-known tuning company will release only 40 copies of the modified American Ford Transit Custom van and all of them are intended for the UK market. The project was called R185 Limited Edition.

As the basis for their new project, MS-RT decided to use the American Transit Custom DCIV van with a 5-seater double cab. For the car, the exterior color of the Slate Gray was developed. At the MS-RT plant in Pontipool, South Wales, a total of 40 cars will be built.

The modified Transit Custom will be equipped with an ultra-aggressive aerodynamic body kit and a “unique” false radiator grille with a red “flash”.

Some red and black rally stickers will add even more aggression to the appearance of this car. It is also worth noting a set of glossy black 18-inch OZ Racing alloy wheels and glossy black exhaust tips.

The R185 interior boasts a fully carbon-fiber steering wheel with a red center line and stitching, as well as red leather. The van’s equipment list includes a rear view camera, a 230-volt inverter and cruise control. The van will receive bi-xenon headlights and advanced driver assistance systems, such as a blind spot control system. Perhaps even more attractive to some customers will be the availability of a more efficient Maxhaust exhaust system, which uses application-based technology to transmit sports exhaust sound through the built-in van speakers.

Customers can order a van with both short and long wheelbase, as well as with manual transmission and automatic transmission. Prices start at £ 37,995. All 40 cars will receive a three-year warranty and can be screwed up at Ford dealerships.
