Atelier Kegger presented a powerful version of the Mercedes Sprinter tow truckApril 3, 2021
The Polish bodybuilder has unveiled its version of the German Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van.
The new creation of the Polish company was named Sprinter Petronas Edition and a racing body livery. The Sprinter van in performance 319 CDI was taken as the basis for the project. The car is equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 turbodiesel, which is rated at 190 hp. (440 Nm). A 7-speed “automatic” acts as a transmission, transmitting torque to the rear wheels. It is noteworthy that this tow truck received air suspension.
The exterior of the German van received a number of changes, in particular a new front bumper with large air intakes and a modified front spoiler.
A tinted grille and black 18-inch light-alloy wheels with a subtle contrasting blue stripe round off the visual enhancements.
An unexpectedly comfortable atmosphere reigns in the cabin, at least for a tow truck. Alcantara leather with green stitching is found on the dashboard, seats and door panels. There is additional soundproofing combined with an upgraded audio system.
Sprinter Petronas Edition has a loading dock accessed via two ramps. The specialists of the Polish company have provided large boxes for storing the necessary tools.
