Atelier Hennessey introduced the 775-strong version of the pickup truck Ford F-150February 28, 2020
Hennessey unveiled the highly modernized Ford F-150 pickup. The novelty received a 775-horsepower engine, as well as an official guarantee of 3 years or 57 936 km. In total, 100 copies of the truck will be built.
The legendary tuning studio from Texas (USA) – the Hennessey company, has been doing crazy projects for quite a serious modernization of various pickups and SUVs for years. It’s funny that in the name of their last, at the moment, work, the guys indicated their ultra-fast Venom hypercar, which can easily accelerate to a speed of 434.43 km / h. But the hardly-modified Ford F-150 pickup, which is discussed in this article, can turn out to be just as fast.
The tuner did everything possible so that the full-size American Ford F-150 2020 model year could boast a power of 775 hp.
First of all, a massive supercharger was connected to the 5.0-liter V8 engine. According to representatives of Hennessey, the upgraded version of the pickup will be able to accelerate to 100 km / h in four seconds. This is not bad for this rather heavy car, which in addition to everything is equipped with 20-inch wheels and massive 35-inch off-road tires.
Hennessey equipped the pickup with a six-inch suspension lift, Brembo six-piston brakes in front. Five additional LED lights in the front bumper act as additional lighting sources.
All changes made by Hennessey are covered by a 3-year warranty or 57,936 km.
The basic version of Venom 775 costs 53,300 dollars. Well, if you order all the possible options from the tuner, then the price tag will rise to 69,600 dollars. Keep in mind that this is just the cost of modernization. In total, only 100 copies of the Hennessey Venom 775 F-150 will be built.
