The power of the new engine is 416 hp, and in the case of the A45 S, this figure rises even higher, more powerful than the current RS3 Sportback. Will Audi decide to step back and increase the power of its 2.5-liter in-line engine? Time will tell, but in the meantime, the well-known ABT tuning studio decided to stand up for the car and present its more powerful version of the serial RS3.
Equipped with the “package” ABT Power S, the Sportback gets 464 horsepower. and 540 Newton meters of torque. In other words, the TFSI engine was heavily upgraded to “squeeze out” an additional 70 horses and 60 Nm from it.
The German tuner does not indicate how many tenths of a second the car’s sprint time is reduced to 100 km / h, but this task is likely to be completed in less than four seconds. The fact is that the standard RS3 Sportback reaches this speed in 4.1 seconds. As for the maximum speed, the standard RS3 can be electronically limited to the mark of 280 km / h. The upgraded RS3 RST is a bit faster – it can accelerate to 285 km / h.
The authoritative tuning specialist also replaced the serial wheels with his own 19-inch alloy wheels with a matte black finish. If you need larger wheels than those presented here, there is also a 20-inch kit. The tuner also offers a number of other improvements, including a suspension with adjustable high, more powerful brakes, an anti-roll bar and various upgrades in the cabin.
