Aston Martin Valkyrie Super Hybrid: New ImagesNovember 2, 2018
The company has revealed the look as close as possible to the hypercar series.
New images of the ultimate Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar appeared on the Web. Renders of the car, which the company calls the “diffuser on wheels,” are published in the Instagram account of the British brand. According to the head of the Formula 1 team Red Bull Racing Christian Horner, now Valkyrie passes the final stage of simulation tests, and the real prototype will come out on the road at the end of this or the beginning of next year.
The machine presented in the new images in the summer of 2017 differs in the two-color gradient color of the carbon fiber body, the wheels from the cell-shaped drawings, the fastening of the windshield wiper and the trim of the seats with light material. The same design was previously revealed by the Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maedzawa, who photographed the time when the hypercar was drawn on its own specifications at the Aston Martin technical center.
The basis of the Valkyrie’s hybrid power plant will be based on the power of the road atmospheric engine. Recoil 6.5-liter V12 will be 1,146 horsepower. Its construction is engaged in the firm Cosworth. Electric filling for extreme hypercar develops Croatian Rimac.
The chassis and body of the Aston Martin Valkyrie almost entirely made of carbon. Even the headlights and the Aston Martin emblem will be as light as possible – it is 99.4 percent lighter than the standard. In the bottom of the hypercar there are tunnels that create a Venturi effect. Thanks to them, a clamping force of 1814 kilograms is created at maximum speed.
