Now the sports car will be assembled by the English company Morgan Motor Company, but this is a secret.

Let us remind our readers that in the past month there was evidence that some mysterious company bought all the rights for the further production of the Aston Martin Vanquish sports car. The British automaker has already replaced this model with a new one, called the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera.

Now there was information about this company – it turned out to be a small British company Morgan Motor Company, which manufactures limited-edition luxury sports cars.

Some days ago, the press service of this company presented a prototype of its new model, which is very similar to Vanquish. Apparently the guys from Morgan decided to significantly update their model range.

Representatives of the British company said that the new model will receive rear-wheel drive, front engine layout, as well as a modern aluminum body, which will be both very durable and light.

We would like to note that the second generation of the sports coupe Vanquish was made by the Aston Martin brand in the period from 2012 to 2018. Under its hood was a 5.9-liter V12 engine manufactured by Ford. Its maximum power was 565 horsepower, and in the “charged” S-version, this figure was equal to 595 hp

So far, the companies have not confirmed the deal between each other. Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer confirmed only that all rights to the Vanquish model were sold, but the buyer asked to remain anonymous.

Not so long ago it became known that the company Aston Martin will not produce engines for the F-1.
