Appearance of the new Subaru Levorg revealed on the WebOctober 21, 2019
Last month, Subaru posted teaser images that showed only the shaded rear corner of the new Levorg 2020 station wagon.
Judging by the teaser, the relief of the sidewalls of the car will resemble the current version. Not a low roof and steep edges like the Viziv Tourer prototype, nor wheel arch arches like the Viziv Adrenaline show car should be expected.
The first variation of the Levorg model, the production of which has been established since 2014, appeared thanks to the Leacy universal of the Legacy, although in terms of size it occupied a position between Legacy and Subaru Impreza. The car is driven by turbocharged engines 1.6 FB16 (170 hp, 250 Nm) and 2.0 FA20 (300 hp, 400 Nm), which work together with the variator and all-wheel drive already in the database. In the second generation, they are likely to remain, and units of more than 2.0 liters are unlikely.
However, the second generation Subaru Levorg stands out for its e-Boxer hybrid system. In addition, the car will receive a modernized complex of EyeSight assistants, including the Touring Assist autopilot, which automatically drives the car on the highway.
In Tokyo, the company also intends to present the Subaru WRX STI EJ20 Final Edition sedan, the impreza Sport 2.0i-S redesigned sedan, the redesigned mild hybrid XV Advance e-Boxer, the racing BRZ GT300 for the Super GT lineup and the already well-known concept Viziv Adrenaline.
