In fact, the American-built model is a revised 400R 2-door. Minor improvements were made to the aerodynamic body kit, the rear wing was simplified, in addition, the car got aluminum rear-view mirrors and door handles.
The technical equipment of the speedster remained the same: the car is equipped with a 435-horsepower (454 Nm) naturally-aspirated 4.0-liter boxer engine. The engine works in conjunction with the rear-wheel drive system and Getrag “mechanics”. Inconel was used to make the exhaust system.
The interior of the custom car has not yet been fully revealed, while, according to the developers, the cabin has CFRP bucket seats, a new aluminum dashboard in a retro style and much more.
The restomod price tag has not been disclosed, but the speedster is unlikely to be below $ 600,000, as the 400R coupe, which has a hardtop, is currently priced at $ 565,000.
In addition, some time ago it was noted that the car brand Porsche has officially demonstrated the new 911 GT3. It should be emphasized that this car is driven by a 502-horsepower naturally aspirated 4.0-liter engine.
