Specialty Vehicle Engineering specialists showed the latest version of the Colorado Xtreme. Equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine, the Colorado Xtreme 2020 model year received many updates.
The most important changes have affected the pickup motor. With a centrifugal supercharger system, the tuners were able to significantly increase the performance of the Colorado Xtreme. So, the pickup power increased by 147 hp. (up to 455 hp), and the torque increased by 203 Nm (up to 576 Nm). The powertrain upgrade also includes an OEM-quality composite engine cover and a dual-outlet exhaust system in stainless steel with black satin tips.
Braking power is provided by ceramic carbon fiber brake pads and rotors with the option of upgrading to 6-piston forged front calipers and 13.6-inch front rotors. In addition, the Colorado Xtreme was equipped with a lowered sports suspension (2 inches in front and 5 inches in back). The improved pickup also comes with 20-inch wheels, available in two shades of Satin Black and Gloss Black.
There are several emblems and badges in the Colorado Xtreme saloon, while the client can order individual finishes for the front and rear seats.
The Colorado Xtreme is offered with a three-year warranty or 36,000 miles for power and other components. In total, the Specialty Vehicle Engineering will build 100 high-performance pickups.
