Alpina proceeds to test the B7 sedanOctober 25, 2018
An updated version of the model of the German company Alpina was seen at the legendary Nürburgring race track (Germany).
Automotive brand Alpina, which has long become quite famous in the automotive world, has begun road testing of its updated model. This is the Alpina B7, which is based on the original BMW 7-Series sedan. Note that created back in 1965, the company Alpina is developing its own cars based on production models of the Bavarian BMW.
Not so long ago, a new version of the big BMW 7 Series sedan was introduced, but now, an update from the Alpina company is also waiting for an update.
Let us remind our readers that a few months ago, spy shots of this car have already been published. The difference with the photographs of the prototype, which were at the disposal of our automobile edition a couple of hours ago, is in a smaller amount of camouflage on this prototype.
The novelty was seen on the Nürburgring race track (Germany). Yet meanwhile, we can see far from all the “chips” of the updated exterior. Separately, it is worth mentioning a rather large false radiator grille and rather narrow LED headlights. There is no doubt that in the front and in the back of the new Alpina B7 there will be some exclusive innovations. In particular, you can see the 4-gallon exhaust pipes that look out of the rear bumper.
So far, no data on the motor line of new items. The current version of the B7 is equipped with a 4.4-liter biturbo V8 engine, whose power is 600 hp.
Finally, we note that the updated sedan Alpina B7 will be presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2019.
