The updated Alpina B7 xDrive received upgraded four-piston brakes, sports tires from Michelin with 20-inch wheels, re-tuned all-wheel drive system, as well as an adaptive air suspension front and rear.
To reduce the noise level was applied additional noise insulation. The interior was trimmed with Nappa and Lavalina leather, hand-processed.
