Team Formula 1 Alfa Romeo Sauber introduced the car for the 2018 season. The coloring of the car became red and white, and on the back there was a large logo of the Italian automaker – the title sponsor of the team. “Alpha” returned to the championship after more than 30 years of absence.

The car will be equipped with a new engine Ferrari, while in the season of 2017 the team used the engines in the modification of 2016. Also, the car has a system to protect the head of the pilot – Halo.

For the team in the new season will perform Marcus Eriksson and the champion of Formula 2 Charles Leclair.

Last year, the Sauber team took the last, tenth place of the Constructors’ Cup, earning only five points. Their team brought Pascal Verlaine, who was a partner of Marcus Eriksson.

Earlier, their new cars showed the team Red Bull Williams and Haas.

The new season of Formula 1 will begin on March 22 in Australia.
