ABT tuners work on Audi A6 AvantFebruary 10, 2019
After the upgrade, the German model acquired a more powerful engine and a “refreshed” appearance. It is known that the modified wagon can be seen at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
Nobody will be surprised today with “charged” versions of popular models. However, the tuners from the studio ABT still decided to surprise motorists. The masters decided to conduct their next tuning experiment on the latest generation of the versatile Audi A6 Avant in version 50 TDI. This model does not yet have its own factory “charged” modifications.
As a result of technical manipulations, experts increased the return of the V6 3.0 diesel engine from 286 “horses” to 330. The increase was small, but this figure was enough to reduce the acceleration time. The first hundred modified Audi A6 Avant dials in 5.5 seconds (this is 0.2 seconds faster than the previous result).
The tuning package also includes its own wheels for 21 inches, as well as exhaust pipes with a diameter of 89 mm, painted in a stylish matte black color. How much such an upgrade will cost is unknown. The world community will be introduced to the novelty next month: the Audi A6 Avant will arrive at the automobile exhibition in Geneva.
