A unique 1989 Chevrolet Caprice in the Hulk style for saleJanuary 13, 2021
A used car dealership in Atlanta is looking for a new owner for a Donk-style restomod based on the iconic Chevrolet Caprice frame sedan.
When looking at this tuned sedan, it is difficult to determine what attracts more attention: huge 30-inch wheels that literally break the classic proportions of the car, or bright color in the style of one of the most recognizable characters in the Marvel Universe – the Hulk.
Specialists from the Spade Kreations studio worked on the creation of this unusual car. They equipped the sedan with giant wheels with spectacular alloy wheels, and its body was decorated with stylish airbrushing. The print is a complex mix of images of one of the superheroes of the Marvel comics – the Hulk. And these are not all obvious changes.
The front part of the sedan was thoroughly redone, and the roof was equipped with panoramic glazing from the Cadillac SRX.
The doors of the Chevrolet Caprice open upward like on Lamborghini supercars. The result is a kind of mix of the most daring tuning ideas, which together look peculiar.
The interior of the sedan was left without rear seats, and the vacated space was given to an advanced audio system. All doors were equipped with displays. The comic theme continues in the interior design. The factory engine was changed to a Chevrolet Corvette engine. The new engine required a redesign of the exhaust system, and the tuners also strengthened the suspension. All this work cost $ 200,000.
But the cost of the car surprised: only $ 39,995. Its alteration was much more expensive.
Earlier our portal talked about another original project: a strange limousine based on the Dodge Challenger.
