RMSothebys will auction the Audi S6 Plus with a 1996 V8 engine for the production year. Bidding is due to begin on June 3 this year. This was announced on Sunday, May 24, the agency Carscoop.
The uniqueness of this Audi S6 Plus lies in the fact that the German brand released only 952 copies of this model, of which 855 pcs. were in the station wagon, and in the sedan – only 97 units.
The sedan for sale, in particular, stands out with its engine – a 4.2-liter DOHC V8 with 32 valves, which replaced the in-line 2.2-liter engine, which was equipped with the usual S6 model. 322 hp engine allowed the sedan to accelerate to 100 km / h in 5.6 seconds, and the wagon in 5.7 seconds.
The Audi S6 Plus also has an improved 6-speed manual transmission, a retuned suspension, more powerful brakes, electrically adjustable front seats and memory trimmed in leather and Alcantara, an electric sunroof and a built-in telephone.
