A plausible render of the new Citroen C4 hit the WebMarch 13, 2020
The next-generation Citroen C4 will take the place of the aging Cactus C4.
motor1.com showed what the new Citroen C4 might look like. Designers managed to create a very believable render showing what to expect from the new generation of the model. On this visualization, the compact hatchback teaches the air holes in the front bumper and the stylish chrome strip connecting the bumper to the hood. In addition to the new appearance, the Citroen C4 will also acquire a new platform – this is the CMP PSA architecture, which is also read in the new Peugeot 208, Opel Corsa and Peugeot 2008.
In general, the appearance of the new Citroen C4 will be little in line with the idea of traditional hatchbacks – the emphasis here is on the features of today’s popular crossovers.
As for the motor gamut of the novelty, then, most likely, it will include gasoline and diesel engines, as well as an electrified power plant. We are unlikely to see the new Citroen C4 before the end of this year, as the brand still offers the updated C4 Cactus in Europe. Among the main rivals of the news on the European market, experts call the new Volkswagen Golf, Skoda Octavia and SEAT Leon, as well as Ford Focus, Renault Megane, etc.
