A photo of the 2025 Dacia Bigster SUV appeared on the webJanuary 19, 2021
Reporters have created a render showing a road version of the previously shown concept SUV Dacia Bigster 2025 model year. Among other things, the novelty has received a new Dacia logo.
It’s just the beginning of 2021, and yet Dacia has already started talking about its new model, which it will unveil around the middle of the decade. Yes, Bigster will not appear until late 2024 – early 2025. The Romanian novelty will be based on the CMF-B platform.
Our friends overseas Motor.es decided to imagine what the production version of the Bigster in 2025 will be like. The car in the render got rid of the bright design details that were on the concept version of the car.
The SUV now has more modest headlights inherited from the new Logan / Sandero, along with the traditional door handles without “hidden” handles installed near the car’s C-pillar.
The front bumper has received parking sensors and radar, as you’d expect from a production model, and the side profile reveals that the square wheel arches have a simpler design. The artist also redesigned the side mirrors and alloy wheels to soften the concept’s ambience and make the SUV’s design more appropriate for a regular road car.
Separately, Denis Le Vot, CEO and executive vice president of Dacia and Lada brands, told Romanian magazine Automarket that the more modern logo seen on the Bigster will not appear on production models anytime soon. In fact, the updated Duster, which debuts sometime in 2022, will match the logo unveiled in 2008. While the current icon looks like a bottle opener, the new one makes us think of the DeLorean DMC logo.
