A new BMW E30 M3 body, possibly the latest in the world, was put up for sale in TexasJanuary 8, 2019
Texan Paul Marshall published an ad and photos, which offers to buy a completely new body for M Series, brought directly from the factory. About its originality and “virginity” says a sign with a missing VIN-code.
Apparently, enthusiasts of the whole world who love the BMW E30 M3 were able to recreate a completely new car. At least one detail they can already get – a completely new, original car body, the production of which ceased 25 years ago. The established value of the current owner is at 30,000 dollars.
According to the owner, he kept the body in complete conservation, with a pimply film and the original wooden stand for more than 15 years. The cost of the coupe body is much higher, but given the huge number of fans – it can get a new life. As Marshal himself said, “Perhaps this is the most recent BMW E30 M3 body in the world, and if stars successfully form, it will be successfully used.”
Despite the high cost, the sale may take place soon. The announcement was posted on Facebook and the thematic forum, and in just 24 hours gained at least 1,800 comments.
Meanwhile, BMW says the 5th generation electric drive will be extremely compact. At the moment, the company is actively developing hybrid and electrical systems.
