Recently, most people are starting to actively use motorhomes or small campers for recreation. The foreign company Scout Campers just recently introduced a camper called Kenai and, as the company representatives assure, it does not require a place.
We’ll start with the features, which include a fully equipped bathroom available as an option.
Buyers can choose between a cassette toilet that pivots and folds when not in use or a portable toilet with a capacity of 11.82 liters. from Domestic. They are installed at the back of the camper, along with an additional shower located in a small mud room at the entrance. This area is equipped with a drain and is intended for rinsing people before going to the camper. It can also function as a standard heated water shower and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
In terms of space, Kenai can accommodate up to six people thanks to over-cockpit bedrooms, a dining area and a pop-up rooftop tent. There are also quite a few internal storage facilities with a full-size inner wardrobe, gear locker, bag hangers and shelving. The L-shaped living area has room for cooking and cold storage, and two propane tanks offer plenty of fuel for heat. Thus, Scout Campers says Kenai is designed for year-round use.
It is designed to fit into any full size truck with a short or long platform. Despite its size and good features, the upper part of the camper has an estimated weight of 621.42 kg thanks to the aluminum exoskeleton and the use of composite materials. And yes, it doesn’t have all the features you’d find in a large motorhome.
