A 32-year-old BMW M3 is being sold online in perfect conditionJuly 19, 2020
Bavarian “two-two” has become the lot of the online auction “Bring a Trailer”. The “charged” model rolled off the assembly line in 1988, and during all this time it managed to “run” 12,900 kilometers.
The web is looking for an owner for the BMW M3 in the back of the E30, which was produced 32 years ago. Such an honorable age for a car did not prevent the BMW M3 from maintaining an almost perfect presentation.
The car, which got to the auction, is painted in a juicy red shade. This version boasts side skirts, a striking rear spoiler, a front splitter and 15-inch alloy wheels with BMW center covers and more.
As a motor, the car receives a 195-horsepower 2.3-liter gasoline engine, working in conjunction with a 5-speed manual transmission and a rear-wheel drive system.
There are no complaints about the state of the car’s interior: it looks a little old-fashioned, but quite well-groomed and neat. Light beige leather was used in the interior design: this material went to the chairs and door panels. Floor mats with the emblem of the Bavarian automaker one tone darker. The list of equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control and electric windows.
So far the bid for this lot has reached $ 121,000
Previously, the Lamborghini Countach of the former Formula 1 champion was put up for auction. The 35-year-old supercar was owned by Finnish auto racing driver Keke Rosberg. He acquired this improved Countach in the spring of 1985. A special plate reminds of the supercar belonging to the racer.
