A 1200 hp drift car made from Lexus RC FJuly 31, 2020
Al-Futtaim Lexus, the official Lexus distributor in the UAE, has developed a 1200 hp Lexus RC F supercar for local drift star Ahmad Daham.
The car, which resembles a serial coupe only in outlines, was going to be shown earlier, but the deadlines had to be shifted due to the coronavirus.
The drift car received a 3.0-liter Toyota 2JZ-GTE inline 6-cylinder engine. Thanks to a new turbocharger, a more powerful fuel system and nitrous oxide injection, as well as a new electronic control unit, it turned out to provide an output of 1200 hp (1464 Nm).
The firm has lightened the body up to 1250 kg by installing carbon-Kevlar panels. The production version of the RC F is more than half a ton heavier. The racing coupe features a new rear differential, adjustable struts and Rays Engineering 57CR wheels with Toyo Proxes R888R tires. Inside, it is worth noting the presence of bucket seats, 6-point seat belts, a Sparco steering wheel, and an adjustable pedal assembly.
In addition, it was recently noted that an expeditionary SUV was made from an old Lexus LX470. It should be emphasized that the mileage of a car for sale is 200,000 kilometers. The car is equipped with a 238-horsepower V8 engine with a volume of 4.7 liters.
