78-year-old man bought a McLaren 720S SpiderJune 21, 2020
Henry Harrfeldt, who turned 78 years old, decided to buy a British supercar McLaren 720S Spider. By the time of this writing, he had traveled over 4,000 km by car. Mr. Harrfeldt rides every day.
It is easy to understand the age category of supercar buyers. Young drivers do not buy such cars, because they still can not afford them – unless they have the necessary funds that they can ask rich parents.
It is safe to say that many elderly people do not come to buy powerful sports cars, if only because getting in and out of a low-seat car is a very tedious task for those who experience constant joint pain.
But 78-year-old Henry Harrfeldt does not scare these problems. He bought a British supercar McLaren 720S Spider. Moreover, he regularly rides it – a published video mentions that at the moment, more than 4,000 kilometers have already been covered by car.
Mr. Harrfeldt is clearly not an ordinary old man. Apparently, he loves sports cars and appreciates every minute spent driving such vehicles. He especially liked how fast the McLaren 720S supercar goes. Let me remind you that the car boasts 710 horsepower (770 Nm).
It is noteworthy that the same grandfather owns the legendary sports roadster AC Cobra, which is now 40 years old, as well as the American supercar Ford GT40, which is now 35 years old.
Not so long ago, our publication wrote that McLaren introduced a special version of 720S. McLaren revealed a special version of the 720S called the Le Mans Special Edition.
