57-year-old Porsche car found in old garageOctober 8, 2020
On the web portal eBay published an advertisement for the sale of a sports car Porsche 356B Super Coupe 1963 production year, which was found in a garage.
A Beverly Hills salesman valued the car at $ 56,500. Note that there is very little information about the fate and history of the use of the car put up for sale. Since 1970, this Porsche has been owned by one owner and idle in the garage.
It is worth noting the good condition of the body panels and the interior, but the lining in the trunk was torn, and the engine compartment and the entire bottom of the car are covered with corrosion. The coupe’s odometer reads 63,787 miles (102,500 km).
The 356B Super Coupe is the second sports car variation, produced from 1959 to 1963. This model was driven by a 1.6-liter, 75-horsepower 4-cylinder engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. With a combination of such performance and low weight (from 770 to 1000 kg), the rear-wheel drive car accelerated to the first 100 kph in 15 seconds.
In addition, it was recently noted that the rare Chevy Corvette Pace Car Edition is being auctioned. It should be emphasized that this American brand car was developed in honor of participation in the Indy 500 racing race.
