2020 Bentley Flying Spur sedan proves British know-how in luxuryApril 13, 2020
The new 2020 model year Bentley Flying Spur is undoubtedly one of the best cars ever produced by the British automaker. That’s exactly what the guys from the YouTube channel Roadshow prove through their recently published video.
The production of the updated Flying Spur sedan began last October – absolutely every car was hand-assembled at the automaker’s factory in Crew, England. The car is based on the same platform as the current Bentley Continental GT, whose power is provided by a 6.0-liter W12 twin-turbo engine with 635 hp. (900 Nm).
This engine is connected to an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox, which drives all four wheels, which allows the car to accelerate to a speed of 100 km / h in just 3.8 seconds and develop a top speed of 333 km / h. These are extremely impressive numbers for a car that weighs approximately 2.5 tons.
The Flying Spur body tested by the Roadshow team is painted in a dark shade of green and blends in well with black accents throughout the body. This optional Black Line styling package replaces chrome exterior elements.
Anyone who has been driving a car notes that the sedan is “shockingly agile and really does very well with any cornering at any speed.” The 6.0-liter Twin-Turbo W12 allows the car to develop tremendous speed in a straight line.
The car interior is absolutely magnificent, especially for those who are sitting behind. For example, rear seat passengers have access to at least three touch screens. There are also massage and reclining seats, fitted with beautiful soft and supple skin. Watch the video to find out why the new Bentley Flying Spur is such a special car.
