The luxury division of Hyundai Genesis announced prices of flagship Genesis G90 model for the US market. The new 2017 Genesis G90 sedan will start with a mark of $69,050 including $950 shipping.
$ 69,050 is the price of the rear-drive Genesis G90 3.3T Premium. The flagship is powered by a new twin-turbo V8 3.3 liter engine produces 365 horsepower, which is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. All Wheel Drive version of the G90 3.3T Premium starts from $71,550 or $2,500 more expensive that rear-drive model. Fuel economy are 17/24/20 miles per gallon city/highway/combined, respectively.
Standard set G90 includes 19-inch alloy wheels, HID optics, leather interior, heating and ventilation of the front seats, heated rear seats, 12.3 inch navigation and information system, audio system Lexicon 7.1 with 17 speakers and more.
All models G90 equipped with standard package a set of additional safety systems including Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) to detect pedestrians, Driver Attention Alert (DDA), Smart Blind Spot Detection (SBSD), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), safety belts and 9 airbags, intelligent cruise control with start/stop technology, electronic parking brake with automatic vehicle maintenance, and Multi-view front camera and rear parking sensors.
For those who want more power than issuing a turbocharged V6, the automaker has prepared model Genesis G90 Ultimate with 5.0 liter engine producing 420 hp. Rear-wheel drive 2017 Genesis G90 5.0 Ultimate will cost $70,650 while the all-wheel drive version starts at $73,150, which is $2,500 more than the rear-drive model.
In addition to a more powerful engine G90 5.0 Ultimate additionally equipped with LED optics, ventilated rear seats, electric rear seat head restraints with manual tilt, memory for the rear seats.
The new 2017 Genesis G90 will be in dealer showrooms in late September.
