An off-road “time capsule” appeared on the Bringatrailer website: an ideally preserved Ford Bronco SUV, which almost never drove in 30 years of its own life.

Note that the starting rate is $ 20,000. In 1991, this Ford Bronco was bought new at a dealership in Chicago and almost immediately sent to a warehouse in Wisconsin, where the car stood until it was bought out by another dealer, but this time in Michigan. It happened in the spring of this year.

The Colonial White SUV is richly equipped. The factory equipment consists of a differential lock, manual locking front wheels and a Heavy Duty Service package. In the Bronco cabin, which was finished with red fabric, it is worth noting the presence of an air conditioner, a cassette recorder, electric windows and a heated rear window. The original plastic packaging remained on the chairs.

Among the problems that the buyer may face, the current owner mentions only faded chrome in places, the “mushrooms” that have appeared and the “window leaf” on the driver’s side replaced for an unnamed reason. In addition, for preventive purposes, the seller replaced the factory battery.

“Time capsule” is equipped with an in-line 6-cylinder 145-horsepower engine of 4.9 liters, together with which a 5-speed manual transmission functions. The Bronco also has a plug-in all-wheel drive with a 2-speed transfer case and a limited slip differential. For all the time, the SUV drove only 46 km.

The Bronco is accompanied by a set of documents that reflect his biography, a set of reports on his condition, as well as factory instructions and a promotional brochure from 1991.

In addition, it was recently noted that the tuned Porsche 944 will be sold at auction. It should be emphasized that this is a model that has a 5.7-liter V8 power unit from Chevrolet. At the same time, the performance of the engine is currently not disclosed.
